I am offering a short 6-week online course that teaches people

aged 60 years and over to stay fit, flexible and mentally sharp!

It is a new and exciting way of delivering this fabulous program - straight into your home!

I am addressing people who still wish to go on longer hikes, ride bikes, continue in their sport of choice, go boating, camping or travelling 

And Yes,   

you still want to go dancing, have lots of energy for grandchildren.  You still really want to fully participate in all

In my 30+ years of experience as a Physiotherapist and Kinesiologist, I have been working with people of all ages and gained a wealth of knowledge and skills, which I would love to share with you! 

Now that I have become an “over-sixties” person myself, I really feel the need to create a class that truly supports this generation! My own experiences have taught me, that it comes down to regular daily routines, that keep me in a state of good health. 

My own niggling pains and brief moments of forgetfulness or confusion, have taught me that unless I give myself a good dose of my own medicine and, unless I keep practicing the simple exercises that teach me mindfulness, clarity, alertness, and physical fitness, - I might become my own best patient…!
